How do you clean the jewelry?
Gently wipe your earrings with a soft, damp cloth to remove makeup, oils, or dust. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or acetone, as they can damage the clay and finishes. Store in a dry place to keep them looking their best.

What are the metals and will the materials bother sensitive ears?
Most styles are made with stainless steel or gold-plated brass posts. I source materials with sensitive ears in mind, but if you have severe metal allergies, please reach out before ordering so we can find the best option for you.

Are the earrings heavy?
Not at all! Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight, so even large statement styles can be worn comfortably all day.

How soon can I expect to receive my purchase?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, unless noted otherwise for pre-orders or made-to-order items. Delivery times depend on USPS, but most packages arrive within 2–5 days after shipping.

What is the return policy?
You can view our full return policy https://claybykass.com/pages/return-policy. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days for damaged or defective items, with store credit or exchange provided. Custom orders are non-returnable.

How do I repair damaged earrings? Do you offer aftercare services?
If an earring breaks or a post comes loose, I can often walk you through a quick fix at home. If you’d prefer, you can also send the piece back for repair or replacement. In many cases, I can repair or replace the piece for a small fee (or free if it’s a recent purchase and due to a defect).

Can products be customized?
Yes! I love creating custom colors, shapes, or designs for special events, gifts, or bridal parties. Send me a message and we can bring your idea to life.

Do you do events?
