Return Policy

Why we have this policy:

Every piece from Clay by Kass is carefully handcrafted, meaning no two are exactly alike. I pour hours of work and a whole lot of love into each design, so I want you to truly enjoy your purchase. While handmade jewelry can have tiny variations that make it unique, my goal is for you to feel confident and happy wearing it.

Return Window:
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery or purchase date.

Condition:
Because each item is unique and made by hand, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Unfortunately, custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable.

Refund Type:
For approved returns, you may choose store credit or an exchange for a similar item.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with clear photos. I will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
If a package is lost in transit, USPS will need to be contacted directly to file a claim.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and approved, store credit or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days.
